Located within Broadgate, London’s largest pedestrianised neighbourhood, Gaucho Broadgate is perfectly positioned amidst a dynamic mix of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. This project celebrates Gaucho’s legacy of world-class cuisine by extending its exceptional dining experience into a reimagined outdoor environment.
Enhancing External Dining Opportunities
The new design for Gaucho Broadgate creates a welcoming and versatile outdoor space, featuring two distinct dining zones that significantly increase capacity while maintaining the brand’s hallmark luxury standards. By translating Gaucho’s exceptional dining experience into an outdoor setting, this project ensures that the restaurant’s reputation for excellence extends seamlessly to its external environment.
All-Season Functionality
The project involved the submission of a detailed Landlord application, which included full design details, sample boards, and proposed visuals for approval. Key updates to the space include the installation of supersized branded canopies, complete with integrated lighting and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year. Additionally, all-new dining furniture was introduced, featuring removable perimeter banquette seating upholstered in high-quality, external-grade fabrics, offering both durability and style for outdoor dining experiences.
Distinctive Gaucho Branding
The design integrates Gaucho’s signature black and old gold detailing, harmonising with the restaurant’s glazed curtain wall structure. These bespoke touches, including carefully crafted planters and fixtures, ensure the space reflects Gaucho’s distinctive brand identity.
